    The First Annual AOS Conference will bring together leading clinicians, researchers, and innovators in the fields of custom orthognathic surgery and airway disorders for a forward-looking, immersive event. Centered on the latest advances in personalized surgical planning, 3D-guided workflows, and integrated airway diagnostics, the conference will highlight how emerging technologies and interdisciplinary collaboration are shaping the future of patient care. Attendees will participate in keynote lectures, hands-on workshops, and case-based discussions focused on customized treatment strategies, advanced imaging and simulation, and evidence-based approaches to optimizing airway function and skeletal balance. Designed for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists, sleep medicine specialists, and allied professionals, the inaugural AOS Conference will foster meaningful collaboration, practical insight, and innovation at the forefront of airway-centered surgical practice.

    Overall Educational Objectives

    At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

    Evaluate contemporary diagnostic and treatment-planning approaches for dentofacial deformities, airway-related conditions, temporomandibular disorders, and other complex interdisciplinary patient presentations.
    Integrate evidence-based principles from orthodontics, orthognathic surgery, sleep medicine, myofunctional therapy, and related disciplines into comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment planning.
    Apply current concepts in digital workflows, surgical-orthodontic planning, airway management, and interdisciplinary coordination to support appropriate clinical decision-making and patient care.

    Specific measurable educational objectives are also provided for the individual presentations and correspond to the educational content of each session.

    Participants should review the session-specific educational objectives associated with each presentation.

    Intended Audience & Prerequisites

    This interdisciplinary continuing education program is designed for dental and healthcare professionals interested in contemporary approaches to airway-focused care, surgical orthodontics, orthognathic surgery, sleep medicine, temporomandibular disorders, myofunctional therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment planning.

    Prerequisites: None.

    No specific prior course, training, or clinical experience is required to enroll in the activity.

    Participants are responsible for determining whether the educational content is appropriate for their individual education, training, experience, professional responsibilities, licensure, and scope of practice.

    Completion Requirements & CE Credit

    Participants seeking the full 14 CE hours must complete the required on-demand educational content and the required course evaluation.

    Course participation and completion are electronically tracked through the AOS Institute learning platform.

    A CE certificate is issued after the applicable course completion and evaluation requirements have been satisfied.

    The program is available for CE credit only during its stated period of availability:

    Important Information for 2026 Live Conference Attendees

    Duplicate Credit

    Participants who previously received CE credit for attending the live AOS Annual Meeting 2026 may not claim additional CE credit for completing the same educational content through the on-demand program.

    CE credit may not be claimed more than once for the same educational activity.

    Participants are responsible for accurately reporting previously completed CE activities and should not claim duplicate credit for content for which CE credit has already been awarded.

    Individual faculty members and their professional qualifications are identified with their respective presentations and in the faculty information provided with this course.
